person would be assisting in the office about 20 hours a week. must be computer smart and willing to help with various clerical work. - if the person wants to pick up more hours they can work as a utility person, dropping off items at the various properties (ex an ironing board, a tv, etc.

may troubleshoot while at a property, ex if the internet is not working, call the provider and talk through the problems to reset, change settings, etc.

client will keep to under 25 miles each day.

work period indefinite.

pay  $14 per hour.
