ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ RESPONSIBILITIES: (Not limited to)

Responsible for managing salaried employee personnel files.

F.M.L.A. (Salaried personnel)

Assist in the Orientation of new salaried employees.

Organize employee events.
-
Work with our Third-Party Administrators and Managed Care Organization. To
facilitate accurate claims processing and return to work for employees, manage
the 300-301 O.S.H.A. log

Maintain the training log for all employees.
-
Benefit administration including health insurance, dental insurance,
vision insurance, flexible spending plan, 401(k), life Insurance and F.M.L.A.(Salaried
FMLA)
-
Pre-employment assessments (background checks, Pre-employment drug
screen and post-employment physicals with private research firm
-
All appropriate filling.

Back-up for Payroll Coordinator (This is a must…Kronos and Ceridian are what we use. Payroll is processed at the Archbold facility)

Perform other duties as assigned. (salaried calendars for vacation and personal time off. All other miscellaneous tasks determined by
the Vice President of Human Resources)
QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources (Familiar with the HR processes and procedures)

Good written and Verbal Skills (excellent
communication skills)

Microsoft system experience (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)

Email/ Outlook etc.
