Responsibilities include:

• Loading countertops and supplies into vehicles safely.

• Preparing job sites for install (laying down protective barriers and doing any necessary preparation work)

• Reading orders and installing countertops from customer specifications

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and that job site is clean before departure

• Traveling to job sites

   

  Required Skills

• Ability to safely lift and move granite and quartz countertop products and other heavy materials

• Dependable and reliable ability to follow prescribed programs and standards

• Must be able to read a tape measure

• Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships and to communicate clearly

• Strong attention to detail and desire to “do things right the first time”

• Ability to meet deadlines to safely operate all tools and equipment in the shop and on the installation truck

• Ability to work independently or as a part of a team and support the Lead Installer

• Commitment to work safely and efficiently at all times

   

  Other Requirements

• Hilo operator’s license (will train if needed)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
