Eggnog is a blending of eggs, sugar, milk, cream, and a form of liquor into a custard. Of course, you can serve it without the alcohol, but we’ll leave that decision up to you!

Eggnog Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/3 cup sugar, plus 1 tablespoon
- 1 pint whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 ounces bourbon (your choice of alcohol or nonalcoholic)
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 4 egg whites

1. Beat egg yolks until they lighten in color. add in 1/3 cup sugar and continue to beat until dissolved. Add in the milk, cream, bourbon and nutmeg and stir. 
2. Place egg whites in separate bowl and beat to soften peaks. Gradually add the 1 tablespoon of sugar and continue to beat. 
3. Whisk the egg whites and sugar into the previous mixture, chill and serve
