Customer Service/Technical Support Position
A leading manufacturer of Entry Systems, Transaction Kiosks, and Coin Changers for various industries is looking for a Customer Service / Technical Support Representative in our home office here in Holland, Ohio.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Troubleshoot equipment over the telephone and e-mail.
• Assist and train customers with new and existing equipment over the telephone.
• Order Entry.
• Create support tickets in our Customer Relationship Management software.
• Some travel may be required for installation and training.
Skills Required:
• Outstanding communication and customer service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft operating systems and software programs.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
• Assist customers with wiring our products, wire colors and positions.
Additional Information:
• Full Time Position 40 hours/wk
• Our Support Hours:
o Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
o Saturday: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Compensation $13.00 - $15.00/hour – based on skills
