Manager
We have an excellent opportunity for a strong manager with a background in manufacturing and industrial/janitorial cleaning.
This position has overall responsibility for a 24/7 industrial cleaning and maintenance cleaning operation in a large customer facility.
This position is responsible for the following:
- Overseeing all operations including supervision of salaried supervisors and union personnel Planning and coordination of work
- Analyzing work methods and proposing improvements, safety procedures, union negotiations and waste elimination.
- Day to day operations
- Attending on-site meetings
- Ensuring quality work
- Personnel management
- Work standardization
- Monitoring and enforcing safety procedures

Salary is between $40,000 and $50,000, depending on experience
