PAY: $19-$22 depending on experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- 90 day probationary period
- Candidate must be reliable and have excellent attendance
- A minimum of 3 yrs of prior supervisory experience in a steel fabrication environment
- Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings
- Minimum of 2 yrs of steel fabrication experience
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Analyzes weld schedules and prioritizes jobs in order to achieve the production schedule
- Analyzes material needs and sources material for each operation
- Interprets specifications, blueprints, and hob orders to workers, and assigns duties
- Knows MIG welding process for mild steel
- Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists works in solving work problems
SHIFT: 1st shift Mon-Thursday 6am-3:30pm and Friday 6am-2:30pm
