Client Onsite Coordinator
The Client Onsite position at Renhill serves as a client liaison who also assists with the monitoring and managing of Renhill employees working at said client.

Primary Functions:
  • Onsite Employee Management
  • Maintain solid working relationship with employees
  • Notes call offs, resignations, performance counseling, etc.
  • Client contact and communication
  • Maintains daily customer contact on necessary employee information
  • Routinely walking around the facility and interacting with Renhill employees and client contacts
  • Ensuring that pertinent information received/shared from client while onsite is relayed to Account Manager including the need new for new talent
 
Requirements:
  • Timely and thorough documentation: All interactions large and small with client and Renhill employees must be documented in Avionte. (Must maintain 200 documents messages per week.)
  • Flexibility: this position is very fluid in nature and the daily tasks/responsibilities are subject to change sometimes with little notice
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including grammar skills
  • Excellent Computer skills (Typing, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel)
  • Have a strong desire to constantly interact/communicate with various internal and external personalities while maintaining solid work relationships
  • Have a valid driver’s license and maintain State minimum coverage for auto insurance
