Prep Cook
= Proven experience as a cook 1-2yrs
= Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
=Must be able to make a Roux if asked
= Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
= Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
= Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
= A team player with good communication skills
= Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
= Very good physical condition and endurance
= Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
= Follow the plan created by chef
