Recruiters are responsible for finding, attracting, interviewing, and qualifying candidates on an ongoing basis for the many positions and openings within our organization. Great customer service, reliability, the ability to follow directions, and sense of urgency in your everyday work is a must!
The ideal candidate will:
• Be comfortable with extensive phone work, i.e., 30+ calls a day
• Excellent Customer Service and “people skills”
• Be a self-starter and self-motivated professional with great attention to detail and a complete focus on quality results
• Familiar with the use of various job boards such a Monster, Ineed and other social networking sites
• Juggle multiple tasks throughout the day while meeting deadlines
• Possess a proactive attitude
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have a well-established method of tracking time and tasks
• Be held accountable for achieving goals and meeting tight deadlines
• Have a valid driver’s license and maintain State minimum coverage for auto insurance
