The Inside Sales/Counter Sales will provide customer service to the trades and retail customers both face to face at our sales counter and phone solicitations. Inside Sales will be responsible for quoting and finding solutions for customers, and assisting the outside sales force as an inside point person

• Knowledge of  products used in the plumbing, heating and industrial trade business along with terminology standard to the industry required.
