I came across Renhill via Indeed as they were posting for a Human Resources Coordinator position. I was hesitant coming in as I had never worked for a temporary agency in the past. During my initial screening and interview, I was speaking with an associate and Heather overheard our conversation and came out to speak with me one-on-one. She landed me an interview with Product Movers in Delta. The interview process took about a month but she was with me the entire month giving me feedback and keeping me looped in. I worked with Heather frequently during my time with Product Movers. Unfortunately, my assignment ended with Product Movers and I returned to an old job. After a few weeks of being with my old employer, Heather reached out to me regarding a new opportunity with Clarios. The interview process was quick and I was in the Human Resources Coordinator position within a week. Heather still kept in contact with me during the process. In March of 2020, I was promoted to a Human Resources Generalist. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Renhill and would recommend them to anyone!
