Responsibilities include:
Loading countertops
and supplies into vehicles safely.
Preparing job sites
for install (laying down protective barriers and doing any necessary
preparation work)
Reading orders and installing
countertops from customer specifications
Ensuring customer
satisfaction and that job site is clean before departure
Traveling to job sites
Required Skills
Ability to safely lift
and move granite and quartz countertop products and other heavy materials
Dependable and
reliable ability to follow prescribed programs and standards
Must be able to read a
tape measure
Ability to build and
maintain good customer relationships and to communicate clearly
Strong attention to detail and desire to “do things right the first time”
Ability to meet
deadlines to safely operate all tools and equipment in the shop and on the
installation truck
Ability to work
independently or as a part of a team and support the Lead Installer
Commitment to work
safely and efficiently at all times
Other Requirements
Hilo operator’s license (will train if needed)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
