Frontline/Customer Service
Currently in need of a Customer Service/Front line Representative

(Must have administrative/clerical skills in a fast paced environment)

Full-time

2nd shift - 3:30pm to Midnight

Monday through Friday

Temp to Perm Position (must be looking forward to being hired permanently long-term)

Located in Millbury, OH (just past Northwood,OH)

Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring loads.

Duties:

  • Complete ETA to pick up report every half hour
  • Complete ETA to drop Report every hour
  • Facing
  • Quote rates by phone, fax, and email
  • Customer complaints
  • Dispatch late units
  • Run various reports

Education:

  • High School Diploma, 2 years of college or a minimum of 3 years in customer service in an office environment.

Other Experience:

  • Computer literate, math skills, problem solving skills, detail oriented & customer service.
