a.    Take applications
b.    Enter info in iMIS
c.    Cash receipts in iMIS
d.    Ensure adequate supply of all forms, guidebooks, etc. are on hand
2.    Notary Stamps & Seals
a.    Take orders
b.    Cash receipts in iMIS
c.    Submit orders to Oraton
d.    Check invoices when received

PHONES/RECEPTION:
1.    Answer calls and transfer to appropriate person/department as needed
2.    Greet visitors, direct them to appropriate person/location.

MAIL:
1.    Sort mail when delivered – open and give all checks to Kali
2.    Have mail ready for pick-up at 3pm each day.
3.    Make copies for bulk mailings and notify mail service.
4.    Check invoices when received

MISC:
1.    Meeting set up (coffee, etc. and sign for 3rd floor)
2.    Update display monitor daily
3.    Take RSVPs for events and special meetings
a.    Record payments if needed
b.    Support Lisa/Jenna with prep as needed
4.    Other various tasks to support staff as needed:
a.    Copying
b.    Data entry in iMIS
c.    Typing
