Call Center Manager
 

Call Center Manager is directly responsible to develop and implement strategies to reduce risk while ensuring compliance with applicable federal regulations, contractual obligations, and policies and procedures within all areas. Establish clear goals and objectives, and provide direction and problem solving within the collection team. This individual also serves as a strategic leader who is attuned to the ever changing needs of the collection industry, healthcare and the administration of regulatory compliance. Understanding of and experience with: CFPB, FDCPA, Federal and State Collection Laws, rules governing collection agency licensing, HIPPA and identity theft/privacy rules.

Bachelor's degree in a business or related field or equivalent work experience. 3 years' experience in the collections industry. Demonstrated leadership capabilities/Supervisory experience. High degree of analytical skills. Proven ability to work effectively within all organizational levels and departments. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. EOE/M/F/D/V/SO
