Collection Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the collection floor. The supervisor ensures the staff is meeting production goals, complying with company standards and federal collection laws and generally performing the essential functions of their position. Minimum two years prior collection experience preferred. Knowledge of FDCPA and Federal and State Law requirements. Supervisory experience within a collections environment preferred. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Effective decision making skills. Ability to gather information and document data in the operating system. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to remain calm in emotionally tense situations. Demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor in the work place.
