Customer Service/Wireless Equipment

This entry level position is responsible for device and plan procurement for client’s wireless accounts. This includes managing procurement tickets and emails.

The ideal candidate will have moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office and wireless equipment and plans.

Responsibilities

  • Performs data entry as it relates to tracking and verifying our clients’ procurement orders
  • Interfaces with client support teams and end users to ensure accurate and timely resolutions to account, project, and telecommunications concerns
  • Ordering equipment and plans through several wireless providers
  • Management of procurement tickets and emails in various platforms
  • Work and partner with other internal departments to resolve issues.
  • Participate in projects and/or meeting as designated by management.
  • Other duties as assigned; job duties may vary

Qualifications

Minimum (Required): (must be met in order to perform the job at the required level)

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication as well as listening skills.

Preferred: (if above and beyond the minimum required)

  • Customer service background
  • Wireless telecommunication experiance
