Assistant Catering Manager

Seeking an entry level Assistant Catering Manager with background or expereince in the hospitality industy.  The position will require someone who enjoys working with members, brides to be, others who want to use the facility for special events.  Full time position, temp to permanent opportunity.  Pay 30-35K DOE.

Computer skills, strong organizational skills, people friendiy, excellent communications skills, attention to detail, able to multitask and enjoys serving and working with the public.

Will attend some if not most of the events, follow up throughout all the planning stages, help select menue items, work with others for pricing and submitting proposals.
