Renhill is interviewing candidates for a prep cooks and  line cooks.  The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and growth goals.


Key Requirements:
· Experience in full service restaurant 
· Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment
· Solid references
· Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
· Familiar with industry’s best practices
· Ability to read a ticket
Responsibilities:
· Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards set by the Chef 
· Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
· Food preparation and portioning prior to service
· Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
· Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
· Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
