Duties include:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Assess customers’ needs and provide information and estimates on product features over the phone
- "Go the extra mile" to drive sales
- Work to grow your territory through referrals, installers and previous contacts
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Cross sell products
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build relationships with customers over the phone

- An experienced inside sales associate with an outgoing personality and great phone voice
- Proficient in the basics of sales principles and customer service practices

- An excellent communicator - both in writing and over the phone
