Administrative Dispatcher- Hospital

I would like to request candidates to interview for a first shift (6:30am – 3:00pm) Monday-Friday position for our department. This position is for a first shift dispatcher/materials coordinator assistant. The candidate will need the following skills and experience:

  •          Excellent customer service skills
  •          Excellent phone etiquette
  •          Ability to multitask
  •          Work well with multiple requests from face-to-face and incoming phone calls
  •          Flexible and able to respond to multiple directions and appropriately prioritize those requests
  •          Physically able to move about and lift up to 50 lbs  (position is responsible for helping stock our stockroom)
  •          Extremely computer literate and able to learn new programs (experience with Epic a huge plus)
  •          Self-confident and able to respectfully respond to an unhappy customer phone call
  •          Assist Materials Coordinator as needed
  •          Assist with orders or filing as needed
  •          Maintain overall cleanliness of assigned office area
  •          Other duties as needed
