Equine Sales Manager
SUMMARY:

This dedicated individual should be accurate and detail orientated as well as retaining an energetic, willing attitude. This fast-paced job is a full time position; previous sales and management experience is required.Candidate must be able to research and discover methods to increase customer engagement with clients. Ensure sales, finance and policies and procedures are in compliance with company standards. Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and discharge of sales workers. Candidate should be able to perform the minimum physical requirements necessary to conduct all duties and responsibilities as defined by leadership.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Report on sales metrics and suggest improvement
• Manage the inside sales representatives team
• Set and track sales targets for your team
• Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
• Estimate requirements for clients and plan sales team accordingly.
• Responsible for documenting all sales protocols and maintaining compliance.
• Work with warehouse management and sales team to manage product supply for customer orders and ensure product shipping schedules and quality standards are met.
• Assist in the collection and verification of new hire paperwork on any Ramm employees.
• Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Associates degree or 2+ years previous experience in sales, farming and equestrians preferred!
• Confidence to direct, lead, and manage people
• Ability to stay organized, delegate tasks, and manage time effectively
• Strengths in team building and problem solving
• Should be a charismatic individual that easily connects with a wide array of personalities
COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for thoughtful adherence to all company Policies, Procedures, and Compliance regulations (internal & external applications)
• Responsible for ensuring compliance regulations are documented and being adhered to by employees under candidate’s management

WORK HOURS:
• 6 days a week, Monday thru Saturday
Hours:
• 8:30 – 5:30pm or 9am -6pm depending on territory.
• Alternate on Saturdays 9am-1pm with other Sales employees.
