Maintenance Admin support- TE

This position requires a detail oriented, multitasking, professional liaison to support the Maintenance Department in a busy real estate office. The responsibilities are to supplying administrative support to Maintenance Department employees through experience with Word, various computer programs, and the ability to problem solve and be an effective team player. This requires organization, customer service abilities, and prioritization to see a project through to completion. Daily tasks include document entry, meeting coordination, property information updates, and answering the phone in a professional manner.

Duties:

 

=        Schedule and coordinate tenant walk-in and walk-out appointments

=        Schedule vacant unit thermostat inspections

=        Schedule lighting inspections

=        Communicate with various tenants and employees

=        Management of utility information and invoicing

=        Scanning documents into computer system

=        Organization and record keeping of tenant spreadsheets

=        Track fire code compliance and inspection reports

=        Work order entry for maintenance issues

=        Assist with various tasks/projects

=        Prepare documents and correspondence
