Safety Support Specialist - Medical Chemical Inventories

The Hazard Communication / Safety Support Specialist will be helping with the collection of chemical inventories, auditing of safety data sheets (SDS) and documentation of risk assessment.  Other duties include: 

=         Review chemical inventories for completion and accuracy

=         Follow-up with departments regarding missing information

=         Search MSDS Online tool for existing SDS

=         Request missing SDSs from MSDS Online

=         Update inventories with required information

JOB REQUIREMENTS

=         High School Diploma/ GED Required

=         Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

=         Other basic computer skills, including ability to learn MSDS Online tool

=         Attention to detail

=         Ability to understand technical information

Strong written and verbal communication skills
