• Process incoming documentation and samples associated with Customer Claims
• Decision Making – Deny claims where supporting documentation does meet the requirements listed in the Warranty Terms
Requirements:
• Demonstrated customer focus
• Previous experience in a dynamic, fast-paced customer service environment
Preferred skills:
• Building Materials Industry & Commercial knowledge; such as markets, customers, competitors and products
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP 6.0, SAP CRM and BI preferred
• Lean / Six Sigma acumen
