Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for ensuring that non-stock and cross dock area is current and product for delivery is not missed. Maintains dock area - ensures dock is clean and orderlyAccurately receives into RF gun and mark; communicates any discrepancies with SMT/Accounting. Ensures product is correctly put away in designated locations. Demonstrates proficient use of TWLCommunicates any issues to 1st. shift team lead.Replenishes pick locations when time permitsEnsure product is not damaged during the restocking processEnsure the warehouse remains in a good, clean and organized manner. This includes ongoing cleaning throughout shift Report any and all damage of product and equipmentSupports Nichols Quality System (NQS) by identifying opportunities and implementing corrective and preventive action.Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
High School degree or equivalent. 1- 3 years experience in warehouse operations in the areas of picking. Must be proficient in High Reach Equipment Driving. Good organizational skills, follow through and communication skills. Ability to be flexible and move from task to task as needed. Computer skills particularly Microsoft Office and UPS shipping program, preferred but not required. Hi – lo certified preferred
