Renhill is looking for Ticket Takers, Ushers and Directional Staff. Duties will include Ticket scanning, directing guests to their seats, providing directions) Staff will work an intermittent schedule. Must also be able to interact professionally with all internal and external customers using strong interpersonal skills.

One to three years prior work experience at an arena and/or conference facility. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to stand during entire shift (2–8 hours) and walk patrons to their seats. May be required to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to work flexible and extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays in addition to normal business hours as needed based upon the events scheduled in the arena facility. Ability to be trained to handle patron issues, emergency evacuation procedures. Leadership skills and ability to motivate workers.
