Septic Billing Specialist:

Customer service via phone, fax, email and  co-workers, learn all details about household sewage treatment systems to be able to speak with customers and plumbing contractors in a logical method and further  satisfy  customers’ needs to produce work orders, schedule work, enter work performed, charge sales tax where needed, produce billing register, after audit prepare invoices, and mail, email or fax out invoices, 2185 reversals,   fill out and maintain ODH forms, update customer files, maintain established recall system, collections and credit for division.  Process and maintain secure credit card manual processing established system.  Work with supervisor and treasurer on customers requiring signed purchase orders.  Prepare credit memos for approval by supervisor or treasurer for cycle end entry. 

Work closely with A/R staff for short and over payments, and any A/R posting issues. Maintain, recap 2185 pre-paid deposit account for division at each billing and also each cycle end date and work with another billing specialist.  Work closely with supervisor and treasurer to figure the best solution in maintaining records of 10,000 plus customers.  Performs end of cycle duties and checklist in timely manner and delivers to supervisor and treasurer on time, working with another billing specialist as to not overlap invoice creation times, keeping systems requirements as directed.
