Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Duration: Temporary –start ASAP to train -  12 weeks.  Maybe temporary to hire.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8-5

Start Date: ASAP

Candidate Pay Rate: $15/hr.

JOB DESCRIPTION / CUSTOMER SERVICE

  *   Assisting the Customer Service Team with accurately typing and logging quotes and orders

  *   Assisting with processing of customer credit card payments

  *   Accurately typing of verbal orders

  *   Assisting Customer Service with processing sample requests

  *   Assisting Customer Service with scanning documents to our server

  *   Working in a fast passed environment to ensure customer’s needs are met

  *   Occasionally assisting with answering of multi-line phone system and transferring calls to the correct person or department

  *   Strong background in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook emails required.

  *   At least 3 years of previous office and Customer Service required.

  *   Strong attention to detail a must!
