PURPOSE OF POSITION: The purpose of this position is to perform service billing and warranty
billing and dispatching.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Bills all service invoices upon receipt – no later than five (5) days of receipt. Bills no less than 25 invoices per day. Provides Office Manager a list of all invoices that are not billed within the stated time period.

Is
familiar with all warranty procedures for submitting claims. Creates and maintains written procedures for
submitting warranty work for each manufacturer. Submits warranty claims via the internet or email as required.

Creates
and maintains documented information for billing procedures.
=
Communicates
any billing discrepancies to Manager.
=
Uses
software system to perform billing accurately.
=
Uses
software to auto create all monthly PM work orders by properly entering
agreements and equipment in the software.

Answers
phones, creates work orders and dispatches calls.
=
Maintains
a professional attitude at all times with vendors, customers, and co-workers.
=
Communicates
all warranty and PM updates and changes to Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL
PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
=
Must
be able to type at least 30 wpm.
=
Must
have a high school diploma along with at least five (5) years of experience in
an office.

Must
be able to sit at work area for extended periods of time (no more than 3
hours).
=
Detail-oriented. Ability to prepare work precisely.

Computer
proficiency with experience using Microsoft Office products including Word,
Excel and Outlook.
