Job Duties
- Reporting to senior level management
- Assigns work to meet daily manufacturing requirements
- Completing paperwork and accurately preparing reports
- Partner with operating personal to meet established goals
- Trains production employees to perform work assignments safely and efficiently
- Develops and understanding of how to maintain good employee relations through coaching and consistent application of employee relation policies
- Review and coach employees in accordance with plant goals
- Administers supports and/or enforces health, environmental and safety standards, work practices and housekeeping policies and procedures
- Solicits and encourages process, procedure and equipment improvements for team members
- Administers disciplinary procedures, company policies
- Overtime is required to meet internal and external customer requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education and Experiences Required
- College education preferred but work experience is applicable
- 2-3 years of supervisor/team lead experience
- Knowledgeable in auto mechanics
- Ability to work closely with management and operations
Shift and Location
- 2nd shift: 5pm - 530am
- North end of Toledo
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour
