I would like to request candidates to interview for a first shift (6:30am – 3:00pm) Monday-Friday position for our department. This position is for a first shift dispatcher/materials coordinator assistant. The candidate will need the following skills and experience:

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent phone etiquette

Ability to multitask
-
Work well with multiple requests from face-to-face and incoming phone
calls

Flexible and able to respond to multiple directions and appropriately
prioritize those requests

Physically able to move about and lift up to 50 lbs (position is
responsible for helping stock our stockroom)

Extremely computer literate and able to learn new programs (experience
with Epic a huge plus)

Self-confident and able to respectfully respond to an unhappy customer
phone call
-
Assist Materials Coordinator as needed
-
Assist with orders or filing as needed
-
Maintain overall cleanliness of assigned office area
-
Other duties as needed
