Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Control of documents
management system
• Updates to quality
management system documentation per new standards and or customer service
requirements
• Document controls
audits to ensure correct revisions and documentation is available on the floor
• Maintain E data layer
process audit process database as directed by the Quality Manager

and non-compliances

Communicate results
• Participate in audit
teams, performs and prepares reports for internal audits.
• Maintain and organizes
logs, reports and data as directed for all 3 facilities for the following:
1.
Hold tags
2.
Deviations
3.
Quality Alerts
4.
Containment Charts
5.
Daily production
sheets
• Provide General
support to the quality department
• Maintain satisfactory
attendance to include timeliness
• Reponsible for
understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety
regulatory consideration
• IATF16949
Certification recommended.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license (May run hot part occasionally)
• Document & file
any & all reports in a timely manner
• Ensures all necessary
data is entered electronically in the database accurately and in a timely
manor.
• Facilitates
communication meetings, weekly (i.e. Safety, Quality, Production performance
and issues, General information, etc.).
• Respect all Company
policies & regulations
• Track engineering
changes that affect the Assembly department
• Working with multiple
departments such as Engineering, Process Engineering, and Quality, the DCS will
help to create and maintain new/amended Process Binders containing Process
Sheets, Mold Set-up sheets, QARs, Control Plans, etc. for all part numbers.
• Participates in
Customer Audits and ISO Audits, as needed to provide supporting documentation
• Other duties as
assigned.
Language Ability:
• Ability to effectively
present information to management and employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
• Basic math skills are
required.
Reasoning Ability:
• Ability to solve
practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where
only limited standardization exists.
Computer Skills:
• Proficient in MS
Office software
• SAP
• Lotus Notes Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly
exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to
humid conditions; high, precarious places; airborne particles and outside
weather conditions. The noise level in the environment is moderate
