3 people second/ mid shifters  (1-9PM, 2-10PM, 3-11PM, 4PM-12AM) includes weekends

General Summary:

The primary job function is to dispatch jobs for our customers to the technicians in our database, schedule appointments for jobs with technicians, verify the technicians are not missing their appointments, and invoicing technicians’ jobs after they are complete.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1.      Dispatch jobs sent to us from our customers to the technicians in our database.

2.      Schedule appointments for the jobs with the technicians.

3.      Work with customers to gain access to job sites as required.

4.      Verify the technicians are not missing their appointments.

5.      Invoice technicians’ jobs after they are complete. 

6.      Recruit technicians for current and/or future jobs.

7.      Coordinate getting “special” equipment to job sites for technicians to use.

Qualifications, Experience and Education:

1.      High school diploma

2.      Excellent telephone etiquette including excellent listening skills

3.      Confidence in speaking with people over the telephone

4.      Must have basic knowledge of networking principles and technologies

5.      Must have knowledge of customer service principles and practices

6.      Network Operations experience preferred
