This
position requires a detail oriented, multitasking, professional liaison to
support the Maintenance Department in a busy real estate office. The responsibilities are to supplying
administrative support to Maintenance Department employees through experience
with Word, various computer programs, and the ability to problem solve and be
an effective team player. This requires
organization, customer service abilities, and prioritization to see a project
through to completion. Daily tasks
include document entry, meeting coordination, property information updates, and
answering the phone in a professional manner.
